Company Profile

Shaanxi Huaze Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a fully integrated manufacturer of natural food ingredients and plant-derived functional compounds — covering R&D, raw material sourcing, and finished product manufacturing under one roof.

Our production facility is located in the Yangling Agricultural Demonstration Zone, Shaanxi Province. The site spans 4 hectares (60 mu) with approximately 25,000 m² of built space, housing two dedicated workshops: one for botanical extraction and one for finished formulations. Both are supported by a comprehensive food safety and dietary supplement quality management system.

Quality & compliance

We hold a Food Production License and a Health Food Filing License issued by Chinese authorities. The facility operates under ISO 9001-certified quality management and our products carry Kosher and Halal certification. Every step — from raw material sourcing to final release — is controlled to meet the standards our global customers expect.

Quality Control

Huaze operates a fully independent Quality Management department with established protocols covering raw materials, excipients, intermediates, finished products, and non-conforming materials. Quality oversight spans the entire production chain — from incoming materials to final release.

Traceability

A dedicated sample retention room is managed by designated personnel. Retention samples are kept per protocol, ensuring full batch traceability.
Laboratory & technical team
Our in-house R&D and QC team is equipped with HPLC, UV-Vis spectrophotometry, analytical balances, GC, and AAS instrumentation. All analysts are formally trained and qualified to test against product specifications.
