FAQs
Our portfolio spans standardized botanical extracts and naturally derived active compounds at every scale. That includes branded ingredients with proven bioavailability, and tailored OEM/ODM solutions — think custom premixes, stick-pack blends, and ready-to-mix solid beverages.
We’re a manufacturer. Our extraction and formulation facility occupies 4 hectares (60 Mu) in Shaanxi’s Yangling Agricultural Demonstration Zone, operating under ISO 9001 quality management with Kosher and Halal certification. Every batch is produced, tested, and released on-site — we don’t outsource production or skip release testing. We prioritize locally sourced raw materials and partner exclusively with GACP-compliant growers. This gives us full traceability from field to finished product and supports biodiversity conservation. Every batch is identity-verified, purity-tested, and checked for batch-to-batch consistency before release.
Yes. We know that in-house validation is a critical step in your R&D process. We typically supply 30 g of product at no charge for evaluation purposes. While the sample itself is free, we ask that you cover the international shipping cost — which is fully creditable against your first bulk purchase order.
We follow a straightforward, transparent workflow:
Inquiry — Technical specification review and quotation.
Sampling — Sample shipped to your lab for independent validation.
Contract — Sales Confirmation signed and payment arranged.
Production & QC — Manufactured under strict GMP controls; every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA).
Logistics — Dispatched by air, sea, or courier with complete professional documentation.
In-stock products generally ship within 1 to 3 business days. For custom production runs or large-scale seasonal harvests, lead times are typically 2 to 4 weeks, allowing us to maintain the quality standards you expect.
Our facilities are certified to GMP, ISO 9001, and FDA standards. Most of our ingredients are also available with Halal, Kosher, and Organic (e.g., USDA NOP / EU Organic) certifications. If you need a specific cert for your market, just ask — we can likely accommodate it.
MOQs vary by product and format. For most standard extracts, the typical MOQ is 25 kg. For custom formulations, premixes, and OEM/ODM projects, MOQs are discussed on a case-by-case basis. We’re happy to work with you to find a starting volume that makes sense for your development stage.
Yes. We provide full-spectrum OEM/ODM services — from raw powder and custom blends to finished-label products. Whether you need a ready-to-press tablet premix, a flavor-masked powder, or a fully branded finished good, our team can handle R&D, scale-up, packaging design, and regulatory documentation under your label.
We regularly support customers navigating regulatory frameworks in North America (FDA 21 CFR 111 / NHP), the EU (novel food / traditional herbal registration), and Asia-Pacific markets. While the importer of record is ultimately responsible for local compliance, we provide full documentation packages — COA, heavy metals, pesticide residues, solvent residuals, and microbial data — to support your registration or notification process.
We accept payment via T/T (wire transfer), PayPal, Western Union, Letter of Credit (L/C). Our standard terms are full payment before shipment. For established, long-term partners, we’re open to discussing net terms. All transactions can be processed in USD, EUR, or RMB. Please note that any bank or platform handling fees are borne by the remitter unless otherwise agreed.

We maintain multi-year relationships with a network of GACP-compliant growers and maintain safety stock of high-demand extracts in our climate-controlled warehouses. For seasonal botanicals, we forecast jointly with key accounts to lock in supply ahead of the harvest window. Dual-sourcing strategies are in place for all our top-volume SKUs to mitigate risk.
